Biography


Paulina is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Central Connecticut State University, where she also completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Earth Sciences. Her educational background includes studies in human development, career counseling, multicultural counseling, substance use counseling, mindfulness, and more. Paulina is bilingual in Polish and English and is committed to working with clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring her approach to meet their unique needs.


Paulina has experience working with groups for substance use disorders, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness practices. She is deeply committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and she is eager to help individuals navigate life transitions, build self-compassion, and cultivate resilience using a holistic approach.


Outside of her professional work, Paulina enjoys spending time in nature, gardening, yoga, and exploring the world, which helps her stay grounded and reminds her of the importance of self-care in the therapeutic process. As she continues to grow professionally, she looks forward to supporting clients in their healing journeys and helping them develop the tools they need to live fulfilling, balanced lives.
