Eimy is our new Front Desk Coordinator at HIAAH, bringing a wealth of experience in administration, customer service, and team leadership to our mental health private practice. Detail-oriented and highly organized, Eimy excels at streamlining operations, managing logistics, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency. With a strong background in fleet administration and customer relations, Eimy has demonstrated expertise in maintaining detailed records, resolving client issues, and improving operational workflows. Her leadership roles have honed her skills in conflict resolution, team management, and process improvement, making her an excellent addition to our team. Eimy’s proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and document management, combined with her commitment to organization and problem-solving, ensures she will excel in coordinating the front desk operations at HIAAH. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for clients and supporting seamless daily operations. We are thrilled to welcome Eimy to HIAAH and look forward to the positive impact she will bring to our practice!
